Privacy policy

Thank you for visiting our website. The secure handling of your data is particularly important to us. We would therefore like to inform you in detail about the use of your data when visiting our website.

Legal basis for processing

Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. The GDPR serves as the legal basis for our company for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of other services or consideration, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. S. 1 lit. b GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of enquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfilment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. S. 1 lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Art. 6 para. S. 1 lit. Ultimately, processing operations could also be based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. S. 1 lit. f DSGVO beruhen.

  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR,
  • the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (c) GDPR, as well as this is legally permissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. Links to other websites

Our website/app may from time to time contain links to third-party websites or to other websites of our own. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these privacy policies before sharing any personal data with these websites.

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for the transmission of data from your browser to our server and to servers that provide files that we integrate into our website. With SSL, data is transmitted in encrypted form. The data cannot be altered and the sender can be identified. You can tell that SSL encryption is in use by the text “https” appearing before the website address in your browser.

Comment function

On individual pages or posts, there is a voluntary comment function for users who wish to share their opinion on the respective page or post. The comment will be released after a positive review and will appear publicly on the page where the comment was submitted. There is no entitlement to the release of a comment. The commenter must provide a name; this may be a pseudonym. Likewise, the commenter must provide an email address. This serves to inform them regarding the status of their comment, especially if they have asked a question in the comment and are waiting for an answer. The email address is not displayed publicly, is not passed on to third parties, and is not manually evaluated. The IP address of the commenter is only stored in anonymized form. The comment is stored permanently until it is deleted by you (or an administrator). Your email address provided for the comment is only stored for the purpose of sending you a notification in the event of a reply to your comment. Other data you provide regarding the comment will be published with the comment if you provide it. If a name is requested, you can also use a pseudonym.

References to third-party websites

On this website, references to third-party websites are offered in the form of so-called links. Only when you click on such a link will data be transmitted to the link destination. This is technically necessary. The transmitted data are in particular: your IP address, the time you clicked the link, the page on which you clicked the link, and information about your internet browser. If you do not want this data to be transmitted to the link destination, do not click the link.

Security notice

We secure our website and other IT systems through appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized distribution of your data. However, complete protection against all hazards is practically not possible in every case despite all care. Because complete data security cannot be guaranteed by us when communicating by email, we recommend using the postal service for the transmission of confidential information.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy if the legal situation or this online offer or the type of data collection changes. However, this only applies to declarations on data processing. Insofar as the user’s consent is necessary or components of the privacy policy contain a regulation of the contractual relationship with users, the change to the privacy policy will only take place after the user’s consent. Please therefore inform yourself about this privacy policy if necessary, especially if you provide personal data.
